International Students are welcome to apply to the Orange Knowledge Programme in the Netherlands. The grant permits students to pursue Short Training, Masters-level programs in any of the subjects taught at Dutch universities. The scholarship application deadline is Varies.
The Orange Knowledge Programme seeks to contribute to the creation of a society that is both sustainable and inclusive. It offers scholarships to professionals in their mid-career in certain nations.

Individual scholarships for the Orange Knowledge Programme are available to mid-career professionals who are nationals of – who live and work in – the following countries:
Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Colombia, Congo (DRC), Cuba, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Indonesia, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Application Procedure:
- The steps are as follows:
- Candidates must register with their educational institution in the Netherlands.
- Nominations are made by a Dutch institution, which then files a grant application.
- Embassies examine and evaluate applications for eligibility.
- The outcomes of the selection process have been made public.

(for courses starting between between 26 July and 21 November 2021)
- Round 2 will take place from May 12 through June 29, 2021. (for Short Courses starting between 22 November 2021 and 20 February 2022)
- Round 3 will take place from September 1 through October 12, 2021. (for Short Courses starting on or after 21 February 2022 and ending before 31 August 2022)Please keep in mind that the timeframes listed above are subject to change until they are published in the Government Gazette.
